Every swim club runs on the same thing: a heroic volunteer, a giant spreadsheet, and a group chat that never sleeps. It works — right up until the volunteer wants their evenings back.
SwimSync started as a simple bet: club software doesn't have to feel like tax software. It can be warm, fast and honest about what it does. It can talk like a human, because the people using it are volunteers, not IT departments.
We're building it in the open — from Western Australia, with our first pilot club in Romania keeping us honest across languages, currencies and time zones. Every change we ship lands on a public changelog. When we get something wrong, you'll see the fix, dated.

If a swim parent can't understand a screen at 6 AM, the screen is wrong.
Show, don't promise
No invented testimonials, no fake numbers, no “enterprise-grade” anything. The demos on this site are the real product.
Clubs own their data
Isolation between clubs is enforced in the database, deletion is a right, and we don't sell anything to anyone except software to clubs.
