The service
SwimSync provides club-management software to swimming clubs: members, squads, sessions, attendance, payments, communication and a club storefront.
Your account
Committee members administer the club; families manage their own swimmers. You're responsible for keeping your login yours.
Payments
Fee payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Club fees are set by clubs, not by SwimSync. Our software pricing is on the pricing page.
Your data
Clubs own their club data; families own their family data. We process it to run the service — see the privacy page for the full picture.
Fair use & termination
Don't abuse the platform, other clubs, or the law. Clubs can export and leave; we'll never hold data hostage.
Liability
